"My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we need to move and be more inconvenienced? I’ve stayed at this hotel when it was Best Western and Wyndham. This was the first time since this change in ownership. I honestly thought I was booking at Wyndham when I made the reservation."
