"Overall nice place and good stay. Bed was comfortable and house keeping was super nice. Only complaint there was no shower door so water got everywhere and the entire bathroom yet"

"This was a perfect hotel for our 4 night stay in New York! Our room was a great size, with very comfortable large bed, fab bathroom with big shower with dual rainhead and handheld shower, and all the lotions and washing gels you might need. Although overlooking 6th avenue, we slept great and noise wasn't an issue. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and housekeeping was diligent. Free water and Nespresso helped counteract there being no catering on site, and there's a fridge in the room too. The hotel is in a lovely area with 3 subway stations within minute"s walk, and only one block from Central Park, Tiffany's and Carnegie Hall. New York is expensive, and this area particularly so, so brace yourself for $8 croissants and $5 bottles of water in the vicinity - sure it's all just part of the experience!"

"The room was spotless and comfy. Destiny at the front desk was amazing but I called four times before m my visit and spent two hours there one upon arrival and one the following morning trying to resolve a simple payment issue because I was paying for two rooms and my guest got there before me. Unacceptable. One of the elevators was out which created long lines and waits. The coffee situation was absurd for the cost of the hotel and disappointing for a Hilton. The location was very accessible for NYC."

"Was given a handicap accessible room but not requested. The set up was fine but would recommend adding several more towels to these rooms. The water ends up all over the floor. I understand the dynamics of the set up but an individual with a disability would have difficulty with the amount of water that was on the floor especially with only one towel given per occupant. The light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work. Not enough lighting in the bathroom to put on makeup. One guest ended up vomiting and called the front desk to see about removing the vomit in the trash can from the room and they were less than helpful. I did put it outside of the room and it was later picked up. Again, only one towel in the room per guest and no offer if we needed anything. On a positive note, the room was clean and had a great view. The lobby area was very nice and inviting. Fun area to hang out in. Would suggest having coffee/expresso available all day."
