The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful, from the doorman/concierge, desk service, everyone. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and in a great location close to harbour and access to good restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent (so were the complimentary cookies). Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is the piped in fragrance that filled the air in the common space (lobby) and a part of the restaurant. We actually took our meal up to our room so that we didn't have to taste the artificial scent with each bite. In this age of allergies and work place bans on perfumes, it's odd that these properties still make use of this.
