NIce view of the city. Room was clean. Wish I would have known about the wedding before I booked as I wanted to go to the restaurant on site. Was unable to due to the wedding. No coffee in the morning offered downstairs.

I have stayed here a couple of times and this was the best because my friend was celebrating her birthday so staff went overboard to make it memorable. Kiti provided a bottle of wine and treats prior to her arrival. There is a Tesla shuttle that will drive you to areas nearby. The location is ideal if walking or taking the aquabus to Granville Island is on the agenda. However, our 8th floor room was noisy because we were under the Parker rooftop restaurant as well as faced Pacific so bring your earplugs. I wouldn't let that deter you from staying. Easy to get to from Yaletown station as well.

The property is showing some wear and tear but everyone was very nice and accommodating. The rooms seem to have been redone and the bed was very comfortable, which is important. I only went to the rooftop bar/restaurant for drinks and dessert but really enjoyed the view and chocolate cigars. There was a drug store, UPS store, grocery store, and coffee shop all within a short walk. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. I would recommend the hotel.

Great location for Granville. Easy to get around in foot. Good sized room but facilities and decor well past its replacement/ upgrading date. Comfortable bed. Lights had rather odd controls which took a while to work out Did not try hotel dining, but lots of good places to eat a short walk away. Sadly quite a lot of homeless people on streets around area, but no trouble/ felt safe. A perfectly acceptable central Vancouver hotel that does not break the bank. Does not have the big name, but well worth using.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Fun rooftop bar. Location is close to many bats and restaurants. No reflection on hotel but lot of people shooting and smoking drugs all around downtown. Hotel itself is wonderful

This is a old Ramada with a coat of paint, not a boutique hotel. Avoid breakfast here, it’s something you wouldn’t feed your dog. Rooms are very small. Great location and nice rooftop bar (make a reso).

The location and staff are wonderful. Every time we walked through the lobby we were greeted and had an actual conversation if we wanted. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely stay again.
