"Beautiful property and first class resort. We only had 1 issue but not enough to bring it to the attention of staff as it was my fault for not educating myself enough about the property. This is a dog friendly resort which is great but not so great if you are not excited about wet dog smell in your room. I did not know that the 3rd floor units are for dog friendly guests. If I had done my research about the property, I would have known that this was the case and asked for a room on a different floor. Other than this, the stay was absolutely deluxe and I would recommend it highly. All parts of this resort was wonderful, however, my favourite part of our stay was enjoying a bottle of wine and chocolate around the fire in the evening, listening to the violin music from the wedding taking part on the property as well."

"Can confirm pet-friendly to larger breeds of dogs after our pleasant stay. Staff was readily available during normal hours and answered all questions & concerns as they arose. Reachable via WhatsApp as well. Sauna & cold tub were available and working as advertised. Recommend the sauna-cold tub combo. Room and kitchen were clean and functional upon arrival, no concerns there. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for locations around Ucluelet!"

"We would stay here again. Not super fancy but rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The room/bathroom was a decent size and seemed newer. Breakfast was great. Enough options to make most ppl happy. Eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage, breads, muffins, waffles, yogurts, cereals, juices. The location didn’t matter to us because we had a car. It is located just off a main road and there are restaurants within walking distance. One suggestion that would make such a big difference in first impression…the carpets in the hallways need a really good cleaning. They were pretty dirty and the first thing someone sees before they get to their room. (The rooms do not have carpets-I liked this). Everywhere in parksville area is expensive to stay so if you can look past the dirty hallway carpets it is good value with breakfast included."
