"Had a spacious and clean room, delicious hot breakfast and friendly staff while located conveniently in downtown victoria. Only downside are some areas that needed to be improved/fixed (outdated&cramped elevators, broken washroom stalls in the lobby, etc.)"

"Very clean and modern. My room had a fridge but not a microwave, good tv options. To be fair my price didn’t advertise microwave. Room was clean. Hotel features and amenities were very good. I didn’t use most except the free coffee in the lobby. It’s conveniently located to Chinatown, shops, including bars and other food options. The staff was very helpful each time we interacted. No free breakfast, but the next door option was good and reasonably priced for the area overall. I was happy enough that I would return here again"
