Miserable hotel

This hotel deserves zero. They really don’t respect clients and don’t respect how to do business with others. We reached hotel in the evening. Room was so dirty that no one would ever accept to stay there. Bed was not even made. Bathroom was fealty. We tried to call the hotel management, no one responded. We simply left and didn’t accept to stay a minute. Hotel totally refused to refund us for the 2 nights. Stay away from this hotel !!!

Tres beau séjour L’appartement était vraiment au top Il manquaiy juste du papier hygiénique dans les wc mais sinon c’etait parfait. Le logement était spatieux et calme.

Confortable et calme

Belle chambre double qui est en fait un appartement avec coin cuisine et une belle surface. C'est très bien isolé, nous n'avons rien entendu et avons bien dormi. Pour se garer, il faut trouver une place à proximité.

Les prises ne sont pas assez bien placées ce qui fait que j'ai du mettre ma bouilloire par terre la plaque à induction répond difficilement aux commandes = difficile d’allumer les bruleurs 1 porte de placard était cassée la TV était débranchée : il a fallu tirer le meuble et chercher 1 prise au sol la baignoire n'a pas d’accroche pommeau en hauteur pour faire douche

Séjour pratique à Nancy grâce à cette résidence au bon qualité/prix et à la proximité immédiate des bus pour le centre ville. Cette résidence possède en plus un parking aérien qui permet de stationner avec un van.

RECOMMANDATION HOTEL VANDOEUVRE LES NANCY

Agréable emplacement avec commodités a proximité. Parking ek supplément de 8 euros par jour. Hotel propre, c'est des anciens appartements étudiants modifiés en apparemments hôtel. Je recommande l'hôtel toutefois seul bemol le couchage..il est super dur... c'est dommage. Sinon tout le reste c'est bien passé.

Les draps étaient sales (tâches, résidus...) le week end et pas de personnel présent. Vérifiez la chambre consciencieusement des votre arrivée ! L'arrivée est d'ailleurs compliqué du au deux jeunes employées a l'accueil. Une des deux prend même vos numéro de carte bancaire avec la date de validité et tout. Elle les note sur une feuille et la garde. Sinon vous ne pouvez pas entrer dans votre chambre. On refuse de vous rajouter une serviette si vous en avez besoin. Il manquait la brosse pour les toilettes dans les WC. Voilà l'essentiel a préciser ici.

Pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, seulement 3 couteaux à beurre, éclairage trop faible qui oblige à allumer toutes les lumières, pas de pelle (alors qu'on doit balayer pour rendre l'appartement propre), sur ma partie hébergement sortie mal indiquées, le couloir ne s'allume que quand on s'avance dans le noir (en cas de feu très angoissant), télécommande TV capricieuse fonctionne mal
