Overall an enjoyable stay with friendly staff

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location for the train station and getting to other places, but a 20 - 25 minute walk to centre of Varese. The off-street parking was useful. On occasion other guests / hotel visitors were quite loud between 2230 and 0000. Good selection at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Ideale Unterkunft für die Durchreise in den Süden

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr nettes Personal. Es wird auch versucht deutsch zu reden ! Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Zimmer für 4 Personen ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Im Bad sind auch Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Das einzige negative wäre, dass es direkt an der Bahnstrecke liegt und damit etwas laut in de Nacht ist. Aber alles in einem stimmt der Preis / Leistungsverhältnis! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Bon rapport Q/P, pour une halte de 1 ou 2 nuits

+ Accueil très sympathique par le patron qui aime visiblement son métier et son établissement. Propreté irréprochable. Ambiance chalet de montagne suisse, très kitsch mais assez réussie et soignée dans le style, pour ceux qui aiment. Bonne literie. Climatisation efficace. Petit déjeuner basique mais pas pire que dans les autres établissements de cette catégorie en Italie où la colazione n’est généralement pas gastronomique ! - Localisation dans un quartier tristounet, coincé entre voie de chemin de fer et ruelle. Du coup, un peu bruyant et classiquement, insonorisation perfectible. Chambre petite par rapport aux standards italiens. Places de parking limitées. Au final, on en a pour son argent en prestation économique avec en prime un petit supplément d’âme.

Het inchecken ging snel. Er werd verder niks verteld over tijd om te ontbijten en uitchecken. Bij het uitchecken dachten ze dat we nog wat moesten afrekenen. Het duurde even voordat dit uitgezocht was. Het ontbijt stelde weinig voor.

Ho trascorso il capodanno a Varese soggiornando nell'hotel con mia figlia per due notti.E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo.. l'hotel è perfetto come posizione, una passeggiata di 15 minuti e sei in centro, l'ospitalità e la cordialita' del personale ineccepibile, la pulizia della stanza cosi come dell'albergo in generale merita un apprezzamento particolare ma sopratutto il caldo della camera e degli ambienti in comune...un piacevole ristoro per l'anima e per il corpo Un hotel che merita veramente di essere prenotato.

The room was very clean but slightly sink/drain smelly. It was also right on the road which was luckily quiet but when a car came past it was very loud.

Il personale era cordiale e disponibole, cercavano di soffisfare al loro meglio le richieste. La camera non aveva nessun confort es. Frigo bar. La pulizia non era un granché, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera. La colazione non era molto assortita. La posizione dell'albergo non e ottimale la strada dalla stazione ferroviaria all'albergo era mal illuminata e abbastanza isolato. Non lo consiglio

Great Stay at a Great Price

Wonderful and friendly staff who gave extra effort to make sure we were comfortable. AC in the room worked perfectly. Sky TV with all the channels you would ever need. Clean rooms with quality towels. Outstanding breakfast that included local flavors. Free and easy parking. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown with a grocery store and pizza place just around the corner. We will return!

nel complesso ok

rapporto qualità/prezzo notevole. camera e bagno pulite e funzionali. l'hotel è situato a ridosso della ferrovia ma il disagio è minimo durante il giorno e i passaggi del treno si interrompono dalle 23 alle 06 circa; nella stanza c'è un lieve odore di nicotina, i servizi igienici nel bagno sono molto alti per una persona di altezza media. colazione molto dignitosa con eccezionale spremuta di arancia rossa fatta al momento. parcheggio scoperto o anche in garage coperto. nel complesso per quanto pagato non si può chiedere di più

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe einer Bahnhof daher nicht ganz ruhig. Die Zimmer sind warm aber ein bisschen älter renovationsbedürftig, die Dusche sehr klein,die Duschbrause an der Decke befestigt nicht zum wegnehmen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.Das Früstück seh reichlich und die Bedienung supper. Nähe vom Markt Varese, die Stadt gut zu Fuss erreichbar ansonsten gibt es Bus. Preis Leistung für 1 Nacht in Ordnung.

No chance to sleep.

If you need a good night's sleep, don't stay here. This hotel looks cute - but when you get there it's in an awful position - right on the railtrack! Which means train noise which actually shakes the room when a train passes, and this is until after midnight then starts again at five. Not a nice area, and the rooms are dated and worn out. The bedding definitely needs an update - the pillows are like rocks, and the towels are worn. Awful. And this is such a shame as the staff were charming and helpful, but this doesn't change the fact that if you have a long drive ahead, this is not the place to stay.

Buon hotel

Hotel particolare, molto carino in stile montano. Camere confortevoli con aria condizionata e wi-fi senza problemi. Personale gentilissimo. Unica pecca il bagno andrebbe rimodernato, la doccia è piccolissima e la porta non si chiude ma a parte questo è pulito. Anche un mini frigo in camera sarebbe stato utile in questi giorni caldissimi :) Pur essendo vicino alla ferrovia non abbiamo avuto alcun fastidio durante il soggiorno, anzi la camera è molto silenziosa. Nel complesso è un hotel 3 stelle che è decisamente migliore di alcuni 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato di recente e lo consiglio!
