"Great location. I had forgotten how I dislike this chain mostly because there is no fresh air at all. First room I was assigned was larger but the TV/Entertainment wasn't working. Had to switch. Not a lot of staff and they struggle speaking French. For the price and convenience, this could be a good option for travelers that just need a night very close to the airport."

"It’s a comfortable place to sleep and easy to get to. Breakfast was great. My only two issues were my card wasn’t working (the system was down) so someone had to escort me and many other guests back, anytime we left the room. Other issue was i asked for a wakeup call and nobody called. Thankfully I woke up naturally on my own. My phone had died and I didn’t have a charger. These are both probably not common occurrences so I do still recommend staying. "

"Twee keer een nacht in 4 dagen verbleven. Positief: Kamer schoon, douche en warm water is goed. Personeel is behulpzaam. Vooraf gereserveerd, makkelijk inchecken. Ruime parkeerplaats op eigen terrein (afgeschermd)! Negatief: familiekamer vooraf betaald! Komen we laat aan. Mag bed 4 (voor kind) best klaar liggen. 1 was makkelijk onder het bed uit te trekken. De ander was echt een heel gedoe. Beetje service/meedenken zou prettig zijn. Dat laatste moet anders voor een 5de ster. Prima doorreis...

We arrived at 1am and the guy took forever to check us in, then despite not telling me nor asking and despite booking was prepaid it wrote down my credit card number with the ccv number which is a violation of anti fraud rules for card data handling. When i complained he really did not care, he just shrugged the shoulder at 'you are breaking rules' statement. On 2nd night, alarm went off at 3:45 as staff (nowhere to be found!) Had...

"Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig am Flughafen gebucht, weil wir einen unerwarteten Zwischenstopp hatten. Somit waren wir innerhalb von einer halben Stunde nach Buchung im Hotel und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir sind mit der Airport-Tram gefahren und ab der Haltestelle war das Hotel ausgeschildert, sodass es leicht zu finden war. Der Weg zum Hotel ist überdacht. "Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch.
