"Hotels.com showed our room with a balcony but it was ground floor. Staff changed our room which was fantastic. Any other issues were sorted straight away. No beach nearby, just rocks and sea. Loads of restaurants and really good food at a good price. "

George is so helpful and knowledgeable - he can assist with any local booking information and organise transfers/taxis/car hire. He is very professional, warm, genuine and very present for his guests and takes a real interest in their stay. Sue was a very friendly face at reception. She is very bubbly and welcoming of guests - and will help with any requests....

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

Ansonsten gute Möglichkeiten zum bummeln, sich durch viele Restaurants in der Nähe kulinarisch verwönen zu lassen. Auch Ausflüge lassen sich gut organisieren. Kann man gerne weiter empfehlen. "

Je recommande La Casa 77 à 100% L'appart est super, bien équipé. l'équipe ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement près de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse à recommander sur Zakynthos. Une communication très facile avec les responsables aussi!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Apartments sind sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt um verschiedenste Restaurants und Bars auszuprobieren und auch den schnellen Weg zum Strand genossen. Fragen wurden uns jederzeit über WhatsApp beantworte. Wir würden wieder kommen :) "

"Avevo prenotato una camera standard ma quando sono arrivata non ho trovato quello che avevo visto nelle foto : porta comunicante anche se chiusa con la stanza vicino dove si sentiva tutto, bagno con doccia senza neanche una tenda dove si allagava ogni volta uscivano blatte e senza neanche un phon, una finestra di vetro dove alle 7 di mattina entrava luce e dovevi svegliarti per forza. L'endroit en lui-même est magnifique, très belle vue et le complexe est construit avec de très belle pierre. Accueil très moyen par contre. Concernant notre suite la déco très vieillotte mais qui a son charge. La propreté des lieux reste cependant médiocre que ce soit des espaces communs que notre suite. "The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. Makes me wonder when was the last time the room was cleaned before we entered. Great location during the non-touristy season when much of the island is...
