"I arrived and was informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water at the hotel. They said they had reached out to other hotels to accommodate their guests. They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...

"We never used the room, because wasn't clean"

"We arrived late in the night, our room key wouldn’t work so after 2 times down to the front desk, they helped us get another room and once we got into the 2nd room, we noticed someone had been sleeping in the bed and there was sand all in the shower so they found us a 3rd room and it was down in the basement next to the housekeeping and was so loud in the morning after getting literally 4 hours sleep and no discount on room either night, just an offer of complimentary breakfast."

"Room was old . Bathroom door handle broken. Paint coming off the walls in bathroom. No toilet paper dispenser. Sheets were old and yellow one of the sheets were stained. Door at the end of hallway kept slamming all night. Towels were stained and ripped. No telephone in room and television was a problem to work. Beds are short and hard to get in and out of."
