"What a lovely little hotel. My room was off of an interior courtyard - it was very comfortable and well taken care of. You can't beat the location - steps outside the street door are sidewalk cafes, gelato stores, and a grocery market. Lively and safe. I loved it."

"It was a very smooth stay. Even though everything was manual, we were able to reach the owner via WhatsApp whenever we needed, which made things easy. The only downside was the quality of the shampoo, but overall it was a pleasant stay — just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to 24/7 shops like Carrefour Express. Thank you very much"

"Great location, right in the middle of major Rome attractions. Clean rooms, good overall service. Initially I was a little concerned as they don’t have onsite reception, but online check in and finding the room was relatively easy. We left luggage after the checkout and picked it up after 4 hours without any issues. "

It is well situated, but it is worth mentioning that noise can be heard at night (especially Saturday) since there are pedestrians walking on the street. The rooftop breakfast offers a stunning view of the city. To my surprise, it serves a variety of tasty options. Highly recommended."

"The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. We would stay there again. "

"Everything is excellent . Nothing to complain. Room is big and clean. Quiet place and only walking distance to the mall, restaurant and other sight seeing. The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. We check in late and no receptionist in the front desk. But easy to check in. From the transportation pick up and drop off. He will do it for you. The house keeper Jojo very helpful and...
