"Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias.
Como propuesta de mejora, indicaría el funcionamiento del desayuno. Aunque se trata de un buffet libre, actualmente es el personal quien tiene que servir los alimentos. Creo que sería más cómodo y daría mayor libertad al huésped poder servirse uno mismo, como es habitual en este tipo de desayunos.

"We visited this parador for 2 nights and the view of the town makes this hotel spacial, both in the day and at night.
It's not walkable to town (well it is but a good 40 mins) so a taxi is an inexpensive way to go in.
If you drive parking is easy and convenient, with elevators saving you a long walk uphill! So well organised. If you do drive in to town, park in 2 different places as you will get a different perspective of the town.
We only had a snack at the hotel so cannot comment about the...
