"Not really as “nice “ as pictured. Room seemed clean but wreaked of urine smell - to be fair, I was traveling with my dog but I don’t think the carpet had been cleaned in 10 years - the smell was overwhelming. Not worth what I paid for the night."

"Just OK. I booked it with the wrong date. I fixed it a few minutes later but the hotel charged me an $82 "fee". Robbery as the problem cost them nothing. I hoped to take a swim and relax but the pool was closed. I guess I should have charged them an $82 fee for not having the pool in their add. Otherwise it's just an OK hotel with poor maintenance. I'll skip this place next time. The desk clerk was very nice."

"This hotel is fine for a one or two night stay. I got upgraded to a King Suite-no charge. It had a sitting area with full kitchen. Short hallway to the bedroom. I didn't use the pool. Pros: Full kitchen. Fridge was a mid-size, and looked almost new. Nice to have a larger freezer that could actually refreeze ice packs. Bed/pillows were nice. Two TVs: one in the sitting area & bedroom. However, only one remote. It didn't work on the bedroom TV. Restaurants within walking distance. ...

"I was charged $80 for pet. Never was even told there was a pet fee."

"The TV didn’t work, they ran out of parking, the bathroom was disgusting, there was still food in the fridge. Super noisy guests staying in the rooms next to us and above us. Honestly I’m surprised I was even charged after everything."

"The gym needed some improvement. And i am not a fan of pets in the breakfast area. The dog was NOT a service dog. And she petted her dog then went up to get her food at the breakfast buffet."

"I just slept and left, so I didn’t use any featured amenities, but otherwise it was a comfortable room. There was a regular continental breakfast that was included with my booking, but I probably wouldn’t pay for it separately. Overall, though, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Amarillo. It felt very safe, and the property was nice."

"Upon arriving at property, my wife and I were advised by Jessica at front desk that, despite our advance reservations, the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor and that the elevator was broken and that my wife and I have to carry our luggage up their stairs. Since we are both disabled, I informed Jessica we would be unable to do this at which point she offered to refund our purchase. "The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first night we stayed only one elevator worked and we had a long wait to even be able to get to our rooms. The laundry room was inaccessible. On the way home a week later, our second stay there the elevator STILL didn’t work. Luckily the staff person Dante was incredibly kind and gave us a first floor room!!! For the money I would probably find somewhere else to stay."
