"The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. Don’t like that the breakfast bar now costs $8 a person AND they got rid of some of the options. Still, it’s a nice, clean hotel."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff, which we appreciated. However, the stay was disrupted by a barking dog all night, and we even stepped in dog waste outside the room. Breakfast was just okay—only one waffle maker and the batter was often empty. The pool water was cloudy and needs better maintenance, though the hot tub was nice. Overall, decent but several areas need improvement."

"Seems to be working on upgrading here and there. Especially needs to quickly replace the obvious eg. faucet in room, tp holder that spins, useless plugins on cheap lights. The price for this room was over budget especially for a simple one night stay. Best wishes to them for continued growth in appeal, staff professionalism and a more personal approach to making someone comfortable and settled. The floor was being wet mopped under our feet at the check in period which wasn’t necessary and done unapologetically "

"We made reservations at this property because the listing said 'No Pets Allowed". Not true we learned as a couple brought in two small dogs to a room next to ours. I asked the person at the desk if they allowed pets, thinking the couple may have tried to sneak them in - "Pets are allowed" was the response."

"The breakfast that you pay for is a joke...It's 4 small items you're allowed to choose from. When we got there, we had driven 6.5 hours to show up to a hotel room where it clearly states I have 5 people staying in the room, 2 adults & 3 children, there was not a pull out couch, the manager told me I could have some 'bedding' to lay on the floor for my son to make a pallet to sleep on. When we finally got ready for bed, the TV quit working, I went downstairs to ask the manager for help & she said "they just installed the boxes yesterday, I don't know how to help you" sooo we didn't even have TV for the one night we stayed there. When you walk in the hotel looks gorgeous & has everything you'd ever need but looks can be very deceiving. The main elevator in the lobby is absolute trash too. The rolling cart that you can use to bring your bags up was completely broken in 3 different pieces. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. What a joke!!"
