"The front desk staff couldn't be any more friendly and accommodating. The villa was so spacious and extremely clean in every aspect. Fabulous. If I had to complain about something it would be the walk from guest parking to the building. Across grass. A few paved or shell paths are very much needed. Also, the parking lot for guest parking is full of deep potholes. Lastly, there is a lack of lighting along the drive from the road to the hotel."

"The room was everything. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff was excellent the customer service there was great they would greet you at the door as well as open the doors for you I love it there and I definitely give it a 10/10"

"Keep in mind this building is over 200 years old. The water was really cold however the staff was soo pleasant and the free open bar was a added touch. You are literally in the middle of San Juan so we were able to walk around and explore. I highly recommend this place if you can oversee the age. "
