Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und eine kleine Wartung aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses der Dusche wurde umgehend organisiert. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal am Morgen war extrem flott beim Abräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs und beim Nachbringen von Speisen. Alles TOP! "Leider mussten wir in unserem Urlaub feststellen,dass Service in diesem Hotel einfach nicht vorhanden ist-Bsp:ein Guten Morgen zum Start in den Tag vom Personal beim Frühstück begab es nicht...nur auf Nachfrage wurde Toi-papier nachgefüllt-Mülleimer mehrere Tage in der gesamten Außenanlage überhaupt nicht entleert-aber das absolut schlimmste war das Essen... angepriesen wird eine geschmackvolle Gastronomie... schon beginnend beim Frühstück nach Hildegard von Bingen...mit Dinkel...leider war...

"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Slavia. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The wellness area was clean and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
