"Superior room was truly superior. The place is spotless and the amenities are truly fitting for a luxury hotel. But those physical aspects pale in comparison to the incredible staff. They go out of their way to help with EVERYTHING! I can seriously say I’ve never had better service than all aspects of the Esplanade."

"Le responsable du restaurant est une pépite.
A l'écoute, réactif avec un regars professionnel sur le service. Mon expérience de directeur d'hôtel vous le confirme!
Concernant la piscine, le lieu n'était pas surveillé et des jeunes 2 couples de 25 ans étaient très limite!
Nous n'avons pas pu nous relaxer sur les transats.
