"We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient."

"We were so disappointed with our stay here. Both mornings we stayed our electricity short circuited, leaving us in darkness and no power, making it impossible to work and get ready for the day. The first morning it happened the man on reception showed no kindness or empathy and told us we had to wait until later for someone to arrive to fix it.
