"The floors, carpets were very heavily stained and great need of vacuuming. No face cloths in room. No American speaking channels on TV. The buffet was sickly looking with just salad and vegetables. "the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good. the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place."
