"My room and bathroom were clean, even though there were a few worn spots on the night stand. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The sitting area was nice and I appreciated the long desk as I was there on a work trip. LOVED the window seat! For the first time, I checked in the vestibule with a live attendant on a check-in screen machine. The process was fine, just different."

"The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff? The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks"

"From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. "Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. "The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there."

"The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. But the carpet Apparently had just been shampooed. It was still wet & the room was very damp. I did not complain because I was exhausted & just wanted to go to sleep. I had to put the heat on high to try & dry up the carpet. Had a difficult time keeping the heat on. The wall paper with all the circles has to go. It is so bad & I thought it would have been replaced by now. The soap & shampoo does not smell good. I would go with a vanilla or coconut...

"We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states."

"The room was not good. The office attendant was never there. There was mold on the shower curtain. The floor in the whole room was grimey The soap dish in the shower was all rusty and got all over the soap… It’s a cheap stay, and you get what you pay for. I felt safe at least! And the bedding wasn’t bad. The ac worked! The tv was hard to operate, but there was cable. Parking was easy."

We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited...

"The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t."

"We were so glad we chose to stay here. It is a convenient walk to everything in the town of Skaneateles. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with our tv. We enjoyed our time on the front porch. The bed was very comfortable, and parking was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again."
