"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"La struttura è molto ben posizionata e comoda con 2 camere, soggiorno/cucina e bagno ampio. È dotata di frigo (no freezer), lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, microonde e macchinetta per caffè. Manca il necessario per condire e i tovaglioli, ma ha piatti, bicchieri, tazze e pentole. Il nostro appartamento si trovava al secondo piano e l’ascensore è chiuso agli ospiti per cui bisogna portare le valigie su e giù.
