We enjoyed the location. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff was great in providing us with all the information we needed to make our first visit to Venice as smooth as possible. The patio outside our room was great and had a nice view of the church gardens. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here! The staff helped facilitate a private taxi to and from the airport, and helped with navigating the water taxi system. The staff was very helpful and the garden was beautiful. The room was exactly as expected, and the breakfast offered was nice as well.

Beautiful garden and decor, an almost hidden gem, a little difficult to find in the winding streets of the town. I would highly recommend staying here over the main Venice island as you can get there by water taxi in minutes and enjoy a much more spacious and affordable room here.

A modern spotlessly clean bed and breakfast which is very peaceful. The room is well decorated and well equipped. The included breakfast is amazing, one of the best. There is a foyer, seating area with bar and a small gym to use. It must be even more gorgeous in the summer months. The staff are brilliant! Christiana helped me with check in and organised a brilliant dinner reservation. are lovely and available for any queries you may have. The hotel location is about 5 minutes walk from the Redentore vaporetto stop. It's a residential area, quiet and probably pretty safe compared with busy parts of Venice. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel while in Giudecca. The staff was extremely helpful in organizing a water taxi to and from San Marco airport for us which made getting there very easy! Upon arrival we were greeted by members of the staff who assisted in carrying our luggage. The hotel was incredibly clean and modern and we loved that our view from the room were olive trees! The room was extremely bright, spacious and clean. The hotel was tucked away just enough from the Canal to provide peaceful rest but close enough that within a few minutes we were walking along the Canal with plenty of restaurant options for dinner. In the morning of our departure the staff once again assisted with our bags and waited at the hotels private water taxi dock for our taxi to arrive while my wife and I were able to enjoy an espresso and some breakfast. The only regret we had with Maison Boutique was that we did not have a few more days there! We will definitely be back during our next trip to Venezia! Thank you again for the incredible hospitality. Highly recommend! Beautiful view, good breakfast, not on the main island so it’s in a quieter area. Will need to use the aqua busses to get back and forth to most of the main attractions.

Struttura ristrutturata bellissima e in ottima location, tranquilla e su di un giardino meraviglioso. Comodissima alla fermata del battello da cui raggiungere ogni parte della città.
