Close and handy.

Grocery store 1 block away. Mestre station 2 minutes walk. The room has good space. There is a small dining room with refrigerator where you can bring your food and eat it.

Check in was absolutely awful. Had to call person that arrived 10 min later to let us in and do check in. He then tried to trick us to pay extra cash for city tax which is 2 euro per person however he made us pay 4 person. Very unpleasant approach and very unwelcoming. Room was super noisy. We were awaken several time by people living next door, traffic outside eg. Wall must have been made of paper! Hot water was really tricky to get. Check out was very stern, no questions asked about stay. Just a node. Again, same person, very unpleasant. We shall definitely NOT stay there again

Struttura molto vecchia e poco pulita..nella camera c’era odore di fumo di sigaretta, zona stazione comoda se si deve prendere il treno ma molto brutta di sera perché frequentata da brutta gentaglia. Non abbiamo chiuso occhio perché non c’è insonorizzazione e si sentono di continuo i rumori della strada, per non parlare dello sbattere delle porte e delle grida di un altra ospite che deve aver avuto qualche problemino mentale sul piano! Da evitare anche se il prezzo è irrisorio.

Stanza decorosa e pulita. Arredo spartana.

Sistemazione spartana, ma decorosa. Soggiorno fatto con la famiglia intera, stanza tranquilla e pulita, spartana nell’arredo.
