"Booked a queen room and got a full size bed. Ice machine was not working. Room had no wifi in it. Told the staff we were in a wifi dead zone and asked if we could switch rooms. We were told no and to connect our equipment downstairs. Ridiculous and rude. We lost 5 days of not being able to do our work! We were going to stay another week but left and checked into another motel with the promised emenities!"

"You stay here if you’re trying to save money. Even then, it’s not that cheap. Housekeeping comes every three days - the shower in my bathroom at check-in was full of hair. There was a fly in the room that just wouldn’t stay still. Two bars of soap, the tiniest of towels, key card that malfunctioned so much I just decided not to leave the room until the next morning. I am well acquainted with cheap motels but Motel 6 has broken me. I’ll spring for the Best Western next time"

"I dont understand how that place is not already condemned from the city. Pictures of the rooms are AI generated, not the real room picture. Rouches infected, AC not working and so on... Not advisable hotel to stay."

"This place is good for a cheap, but clean stay at Ojai. The room that I stayed in was kind of odd. Every time we would pass the center of the room, the TV cabinet it shook and made a lot of noise. Very inconvenient and annoying. I would be weary of that if you are sensitive to noises. The soap dispensers in the room were oddly shaped as well, resulting in the soap being difficult to gather in your hands. Overall just okay, would not rave about this place."

"Run. You get what you pay for doesn’t have to mean a hotel gets a pass on poor unsanitary maintenance. On our way to the hotel, we received a call from the office stating that our card was declined. We were confused because we hadn’t checked in yet and we had money in our card. We drove in at 7pm to a homeless powwow in the parking lot. Mind you, we had our 2 kids under 2 in the car. When my husband went to check in, the man at reception said our card DID go through after all. We walked into the...
