Beautifully appointed hotel. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into the design. It has a historic feel to it but it is remodeled and modern. Comfortable rooms with large shower. Nice ambience. Very walkable to restaurants and bars.

What a wonderful stay! I was so impressed with Hotel San Buena. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown, yet it's quiet and tucked away from the main street, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

Beautiful property with a very historic Old California feel. The room we stayed in (111) on the first floor had massive vaulted ceilings and extremely tall windows. It made for a very dramatic look. The bed is very comfortable and the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge were a nice touch. The exposed shower area is different and the lack of privacy there and in the separate toilet room was unusual. The barn door leaves a 1-inch gap so there’s almost no privacy at all. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay!

the nicest hotel in Ventura , best staff ever!! Beautiful and so many perks from the view to the outdoor fireplace to the one block walk to get to restaurants , stores, and bars on main street . Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Hotel!

Truly a gem of a hotel - it’s beautiful, the rooms are huge, the staff is AMAZING, the coffee service that Tim provides in the morning is so perfect, beautiful and delicious. The nightly turn down service always includes a special treat, often freshly baked cookies. I’ve stayed multiple times in many rooms, and have been impressed every time!

The hotel was great! It’s a beautiful boutique type hotel located in an amazing building with alot of fun history. The staff was always helpful, pleasant and anticipated our needs. The location was perfect. A nice and easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
