El personal del hotel es muy atento y servicial, las instalaciones están limpias y la zona donde se ubica el hotel está céntrica, sin embargo, a varias áreas del hotel les vendría bien una remodelación pues ya son antiguas. Adicional, la playa que esta cruzando la calle no está limpia, por lo que fue necesario ir a una mas lejana para poder ir al mar.

The beach view was obstructed with dirty windows. The management staff was undertrained and was unable to process a credit card transaction for the New Years dinner. Plus the advanced payment for one night of the reservation. Which has NEVER happened before. I received an email demanding that I pay for the first night to hold the reservation made two prior.
