"This place was filthy. The carpet in the room was so dirty, we did not take our shoes off. We went to the dollar store and bought bedding to put on top of the beds so we could sleep on top of them. The bedding was stained and put on the beds still wet. They obviously don't know what bleach is. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The walls were dirty. I cant say enough about how dirty it was."

"Room smelled like smoke, shower faucet broken, rusted fridge with peeling paint, sandy in sheets, floor dirty, door doesn’t shut all the way. Loud neighbors. Also, they recently renovated but they don’t warn/notify you when you’re paying the same price for a nice new room but being put in the old building around the back that’s less secure, very rundown and over crowded"

"Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...

"The people on the desk(Lovie) did there level best to help us. I am not neccesarily a picky person, willing to overlook a lot. But, the first room by a mistake was not non smoking, and reeked beyond what Febreze could handle, second room was some what better, except the drain in the shower would not drain, the third room, the shower worked, quite shabby,worn out comes to mind, the bed was made up, pillows missing pillow cases, had to go request towels..The pool was not open and looked very...
