"Definitely, don't book your entire stay if at the hotel is vacant. Find out if other hotels in the area are booked. I went at the end of ski season and had a rainy trip.Therefore, I left two days early and they went refund me.My money since I already prepaid through expedia. The mountain and other hotels were already struggling due to the limited ski season and took advantage of me fully. The facility itself is about a two star hotel. I've been to many hotels across the East Coast. Cruise ships fine dining et cetera. If you can put a couple bucks towards a better place to stay, it's most suggested. "
