"Very lackluster surrounding . Old, tub was very slippery when entering. The room had bleach smell as u walked in. Floor very tacky. Towels thin and very stained. Oh don’t get room 132… non stop light outside the door and no curtains.. slats for window ..reminded me of Motel 6… breakfast bar was decent.. "

"Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. "

"Hotels are supposed to provide a place to get a good nights sleep. Some of us find certain hotel beds very hard and difficult to get a good nights sleep. I reported this to the front desk to see if there were any options and there were none. So, since I had three night non-refundable I had to spend three nights and to make the last two night so we could at least get a little comfort, we had to purchase a topper at a local retail store. I ask why couldn't you big hotel try to provide some options for people who have difficulty sleeping on hard beds?"
