"Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value"

Staff were fantastic and check in process was made simple with the instructions they sent over on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend for your next trip to Verona! "
