"The hotel room was as expected. It is an older hotel but everything worked well, just some imperfections that could be cleaned up. It was our mistake for not reading the sheet provided but unless you call the front desk your room will not be cleaned. Our room was freezing somewhere around 50 degrees when we got back, I don't understand why the thermostat was set so low."

"I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Springs and overall had a great experience. The kids had an amazing time, especially in the pool and indoor play area with the basketball half court—it really made the trip fun for the whole family. The suites were clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. The fitness room could use some improvement, as it lacks a variety of exercise machines, but it’s still usable. The only real downside was parking—if you have an SUV over 6 feet tall, you’ll likely need to park on the street since the garage clearance is limited. Aside from that, everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay.
