"This was a very well run hotel with an amazing kids club with lots of children to do throughout the day. Going over Easter weekend we were particularly lucky with the activities as well including a mini petting zoo. The indoor pool was heated and was also extended outdoors, which was great for a swim in early season. The All Inclusive package was great, with plenty of variety of drinks and choice at the buffet, and all the food was delicious. The family rooms were also very spacious."

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room.
