"It is very quiet, close to town, nice grounds and pool. It had the nicest bedding and mattress that we had in our 3 week vacation. The downside is there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. No real drinking glasses, just plastic ones in plastic bags. Kind of expected better at this price point."

"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). "Perfect location on the top of a hill surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of Chianti. Enjoy the view by the pool or the fabulous sunset with a glass of wine. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was 5 star. I highly recommend a stay to fulfill all your Tuscan dreams. "
