"We recently booked a two queen room with expedia and for AC Hotel Des Moines and when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation.This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with Expedia. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!"

"Great location next to Event Center. We were there for a dance competition..great breakfast and large eating area. Small elevators but made it work. Great walkable area"

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."

"Room temperature was 78 degrees and couldn't be cool below 76 degrees very uncomfortable for sleeping. The shower flooded...and I mean FLOODED the bathroom floor, video available. The beds need to be replaced, not very comfortable."

"The room was not clean. There was food in the fridge left by the previous guests, tabs from cans on the floor and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the bed was really noisy so when people moved, you heard it. I didn’t have an issue with parking but their ramp got full so other people had to find alternative parking."

"For the price it is what it is, nice room, very cozy beds,blankets and pillows. Unfortunately alarm clock was preset for 630am??? Which was fine because we were already waking up but thought it was strange. Every time I stay in a hotel there seems to be some sort of kids sporting event happening so there were yelling teens running everywhere throughout the entire night, not soundproof whatsoever. No worries, not hotels fault. City view was great, highway noise was also great in my opinion, but...

"Property is older and fairly run down. It’s convenient to the airport and cheap. These are the only thing it has going for it. "
