"When I arrived I was a little apprehensive given the external appearance and the general condition of the carpets and lift but once I entered my junior suite then I was delighted. Everything was brand new, lounge, dinning, kitchen and bedroom in mint condition. No utensils or crockery despite having a stove top . The dinning room was really nice and all the food delicious. "This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...
