"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a musty odor. Not sure from what. It deserves an OK rating, but certainly not the “excellent” rating given on Expedia. At best, “very good.”"

"Room was dirty and dusty. There was dust everywhere. Carpet was filthy in hall and room. The wallpaper in our room was peeling from the ceiling because of moisture. there was two large wet spots in the carpet. The bathroom was filthy and looked like it had been mopped and grime had just been pushed up against the shower. There was soap grime on the soap containers that were empty and hair all in the shower. "

"BW in Victoria is great. Attentive friendly staff-fresh decent breakfast-clean rooms and safe parking lot. My third stay was great…will choose this hotel again, for sure!"

"Breakfast hot food was cold. Someone forgot to light the fire, I suppose. The hotel was clean. I'd recommend it. Remodeling was being done. It'll look great when all is done. The parking lot was well lit. Access to the hotel was good. Everything around it was convenient. "

"This hotel is very run down, the first room we were given stunk so bad & the second room the toilet moved when you sat on it, the tub was horrible, there were baby roaches, the refrigerator was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the blankets/sheets on the bed were stained, torn & had burn holes in them. "The property was in good shape and easy to get to. The staff was more than kind and friendly. The thing I had a problem with was the freezer was dirty. The clothes drawer what looked like corn and wheat pieces in it. The floors wasn’t mopped and my feet was black by the time I unpacked. Needless to say I left my clothes in my suitcase and hung up the others. The area was super packed and busy. They only had 2 room left. Where others were sold out. "
