"Lovely location and nice room with great view. Shower was not good - v difficult to get temperature correct and badly positioned so hard to get under the shower head! Air con was feeble. Pool is lovely but beach is v scruffy not nice (and I changed since our last visit two years ago.
Unfortunately a member of staff spilt a whole tray of drinks, including red wine (not even ours!) on my wife which was shocking and resulted in two days of trying get our clothes cleaned. They didn't even offer us a free drink let alone a discount on the final bill.
Not sure we'll be back."
"Our room was kept very clean and had a wonderful view of the neolithic "temple" on the grounds and St Paul's Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service.
We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was delicious and the breakfast is outstanding. Bed was super confortable and lovely bathroom - though hooks or rack needed for hanging damp towels!
The hotel is being expanded and it was early season, so there was slight chaos around that (we were staying in the new part, and it was a bit of a challenge finding our room initially!). That actually in some ways added to the charm.
Thank you all for a wonderful 3-night stay."
"My birthday trip at the Marriott in St. Julian’s was excellent. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome and safe as a solo female traveller. I especially enjoyed the spa area, which was peaceful and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Just loved the area it was in the rooms were great with a view friendly attentive staff, plenty of eating options around and churches if you're into that "

6/10 Okay
"Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Rep less so. Could do with a spruce up and I questioned how room service worked with no phone in the room. Shower screen didn’t fit over bath so was hard to shower without flooding the bathroom. Very squeaky bathroom door. Good location though & nice bar area. Food ok but not much variety. For a Radisson in a country where you can’t drink the tap water I would have expected drinking water to be provided for free in the room. Fine overall but nothing special. "
