"The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!"

"Upon arrival I was surprised by the offer of an upgraded room on the first floor, what I was not told by the check in clerk was that this room #103, was directly over the exit/entrance to the adjoined pub and would be noisy. Significant noise from the pubs patrons carried on until 3am ( this was a Thursday night, heaven help someone staying on a Friday or Saturday). I had to be up for meeting at 6am. Not a good night.. "We stayed over the Victoria day long weekend, I had my mother with me who is in a wheelchair 90% of the time and when we got to the hotel the elevator was not working. I was very disappointed that they did not let me know prior to the arrival, they did not offer to refund my payment or give me a discount due to this major inconvenience. My Mother had to painfully climb up and down the stairs for 2 days. I emailed the manager and got no response."

"We were very impressed with our stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complementary breakfast was also more than we expected. We didn't use the complementary bikes or kayaks but appreciate the fact they were there and will keep that in mind for another trip."

"Fantastic location. Walkable to downtown and great cafes and restaurants. Parking onsite incl was great. Harbour view but yes is noisy listening to ferries and sea planes. Beautiful view. Standard dble bed room was clean, beds were ok. Seems old and creaky mattress. Room is a Little dated. Bathroom small. Lots of hot water and no issues otherwise. Nice to have a patio restaurant in the hotel."
