"I am very disappointed with how my stay was handled. When I arrived, I was told that my family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child under 10) could not stay in the room I had reserved. Instead of simply moving us to the larger room—which was actually available and bigger than the one I originally booked—I was required to pay for and book both rooms. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just been charged for the larger room instead of being forced to pay for two rooms. To make matters...
