"Friendly staff and very helpful. Close to everything. Rooftop bar very nice just a shame no use of lobby downstairs in the day, would’ve been nice if you could buy a coffee in the evening. But an enjoyable stay."

"Scraped doors to enter rooms, but the rooms were clean and updated, comfortable bed, but there were other noisy guests with constantly barking dogs made it a difficult night. We were not offered a non-pet area"

"This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed."

"This was a pretty nice place, it was clean, the bathroom was in great condition. Breakfast was good. The place is set up a little funky with the elevator being in the back. The place was moderately crowded for a Thursday night."

"This place is WONDERFUL! It’s unique & charming with 1950’s resort style feel. The rooms are huge, the shower was great, having a separate toilet room is the best idea for guests. We loved the Salt & Stone products. I wished more hotels were modeled after ARRIVE."

"The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."

"Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. "

"Apartment is large, nice kitchen and living area. My problem was the bathroom. The fabric curtains were dirty and even had mold. They have a mat in the shower that needs to be removed! the towels are blue and either old or stained and did not smell clean so I didn't use them. The kitchen towel was cleaner and i used that as a towel (and paper towel as well). The bathroom just needs an update, remove the old wallpaper, get new white towels, change the moldy curtain!"

"The staff was not unpleasant. The property was okay-ish; it needs updating. The conference rooms for the conference we attended were okay-ish. The room was okay-ish. it was relatively clean. Overall, the experience was okay-ish, excluding the parking situation. The charges for parking are egregious. They changed from $25 per day (1 month before our stay) to $32 (2 days before our stay) to $35 all before we checked in. This did not include taxes and a random unspecified service charge that came...
