I really enjoyed my stay! The room was very nice, clean, there is an elevator, and the breakfast buffet was amazing; very tasty, and a lot of choice (a lot!). Staff was kind, although some were more than others. One person at the reception in particular was very kind and helpful, and offered something extra that I had misread as included. I get that some of the comments say it is old, but I thought the rooms were pretty and I was fully satisfied by it.

A more traditional Austrian hotel,conveniently situated near the U4 line and trams that take you into the hart of the city quickly. The hotel was quiet , friendly and provided a good breakfast to start the day. I would use this hotel again.

Hotel obviously old building bit creaky around the floors. Our room looked like a chunk was taken out for the lift to be installed and not well insulated. Nice little bar area and decent breakfast room and breakfast not too bad. 2 minute walk to a train station public transport exceptional in Vienna for getting about.

Vienna, a city not to miss.

What an amazing break, fantastic city and a well positioned hotel. I loved that, on arrival, the chap on the desk gave lots of advice about ways to get around the city. I also liked his advice on the local Australian restaurant, it was amazing. Maybe tell people about restaurant around the hotel mostly being shut Sunday and Mondays but the city is all open. Also I'd highly recommend the second world war walk with Deter.

The property is well located. The room was disappointing as it looked nothing like the photos on their website . I suspect the hotel is undertaking a major refurbishment and that we were placed in the older rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben gute Tipps, wenn man diese braucht und haben gute Ortskenntnisse. Das Hotel lässt sich gut mit der Straßenbahnlinie D erreichen und man ist hervorragend an die Innenstadt angebunden. Man läuft von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur ein paar Meter, das Hotel ist bereits in Sichtweite bei der Haltestelle. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Büffet wurde immer wieder schnell nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Betten waren bequem.

Mucho ruido se olle el agua de los baños de las otras habitaciones. Se olle el crujir del suelo de la planta de arriba. No tenía persiana y me desperté a las 7 con el sol que entraba entre las cortinas. Y a las 8:30 ya se oía a la de la limpieza. No descansa nada
