We absolutely loved our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Vienna. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely and much-appreciated surprise. The room itself was fabulous — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable, right on the main shopping street and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. This was our third stay at an NH Collection property, and once again it lived up to our expectations. We always enjoy staying with this chain and would happily return. Highly recommended!

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another. The conference location was very unacomodating while the downtown location concierge was very friendly and helpful. If it was not for the airport staff, i would have most likely been stranded at the airport with a fully paid hotel room.

The metro was 20 meters from the entrance to the hotel and the bus was less than 5 minutes away. The room was a great layout and the A/C worked well. The bed was comfortable and you get three pillows to choose from. I loved the ECO option of getting a free drink if you passed on cleaning service. You could choose each day to pass or not.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is quiet. Conveniently located near metro station. Breakfast buffet is very good.
