"El hotel 100% recomendable pero el personal del front desk son muy malos te dejan esperando y no son cordiales"

"The rooms and building were clean. Had an issue with initial check-in, but the person working the front desk in the morning was able to make things right. The breakfast, while free, was just okay. Staff was friendly and there was a coffee shop right across the street. The mall was right across the parking lot as were quite a few restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town."

"The hotel outside and inside was well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool a lot (although it was a little cold when we went in). Overall, it was a great stay."

"Room was clean staff was accommodating"

"Beautiful and clean. Hope to stay again."

"Rude"

"If you like roach’s, flies and mosquitoes you’ll like this place. Burn holes in the blanket. Bathroom had roaches and only 1 hand towel, no soap. Shower curtain doesn’t fit right. Low class!"

"Spacious rooms. Well maintained. Pleasant staff."

"The room was clean, but a very perfumey smell upon entering. Bathroom shows some wear and tear that could be taken care of. We did not do breakfast, but it smelled good. Parking was great. Great for a short stay and close to many restaurant choices."

"When entering the hotel, we had a weird odor The first room, the furniture was damaged when we went to our room the door was already open. The window was open, and also the mini refrigerator was open with towels at the bottom and thawing it. Also the furniture the microwave was sitting on was broken and it was falling apart. The second room, the wall above the shower was falling. There were holes in the wall furniture had a bunch of weird interior needed to be replaced sheets had cigarette burns...

"Good staff, great service, good lobby, breakfast was serviceable, love the handicap accessible room, will stay again!"
