"Warning: Construction Dust Safety Hazard My family stayed at this hotel for a week. The location and facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be a significant construction dust issue. Every morning, family members woke up with itchy throats, coughing, and excess mucus. We also noticed that despite carefully wiping down surfaces each day, a layer of white dust and fibers would quickly reappear on nearly every surface in the room. This was particularly noticeable on black items such as the telephone, alarm clock, and headboard. Our room was on the ninth floor, and the windows could not be opened. Given the persistent accumulation of dust, we suspected it was entering through the ventilation system. During an evening walk near the hotel lobby, we discovered what appeared to be the source: a massive construction project within the same building complex, only a few meters away and separated from the lobby area by a revolving door. The attached photos show both the scale of the project and the visible dust accumulation around the entrance. The amount of construction dust posed a potential health and safety risk for hotel guests, especially those with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told there was little the hotel could do. When choosing a four-star hotel, I expect a safe, clean, and healthy environment for my family, which Hilton failed to provide."

"L'hôtel est vieux et très peu entretenu ! le mobilier de la chambre est abimé, la peinture est à refaire, papier peint dans la salle de bain recollé par dessus l'autre donc ça se décolle, le support du rideau de douche est rouillé et la peinture qui se décolle aussi et le pire c'est qu'on nous demande de laisser une caution de 150.00 $, une vraie blague vu l'état des chambres. À notre départ, la réceptionniste nous accueille avec un OUI, pas de bonjour sans sourire, a peine 2 mots, ouf que ça fait dur !!! et on s'est demandé si c'était pas mieux d'avoir un endroit pour y laisser nos cartes de chambre finalement ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel aux allures vieillissantes et vu le prix des chambres, c'est vraiment rire des client.es !"
