"お部屋のセーフティボツクスが故障していて、すぐお部屋を変更して頂きました。 そのお部屋は高層階のコーナーで、両サイドに大きな両開きの窓があり、 予約したお部屋よりラグジュアリーで素敵でした。実は、晩秋の欧州の長旅で 風邪をひいていたのですが、この快適なお部屋で、ルルドの泉で風邪薬を飲みながら 1日中（3日の滞在の真ん中の日）寝ていました。 おかげですつかり元気になり、翌日、早朝のマサビエルの洞窟のミサにあずかり、 パリにむかいました。 フランス語がうまくない１人旅の外国人の私に、辛抱強くお話しを聞いてくれて、 親切に接客して頂いたことを本当に感謝しています。 あと、お料理がとても美味しかつたです。栄養がある美味しいお料理も つらい風邪が1日で治つた理由の１つだと思います。　　 このホテルは、マサビエルの洞窟に隣接しています。（徒歩3～5分） 何度でもルルドの泉をくみにいけます。　　レイジーみいみ"

"The place was nice and people were friendly. The parking is easy and accessible. There’s a restaurant and a bar. The spa is 26€+ per person for 1h… so it’s expensive for Americans people used to more for free. The rooms are ok but not really well insulated, we could hear other people talking. For the proximity of the park it’s exceptional. Stop at the Information center in the city before you get there."

"Beuatiful hotel and gardens. looks like it was all newly renovated. Good buffet breakfast assortment. L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "
