The room was very nice. However, we never had hot water during our two day stay, and we were bothered by noise from other guests. The rooms seem to lack soundproofing. The hotel staff was very nice to us, except at the breakfast room where we did not feel very welcomed. We also want to mention that the quality of both the beverages and the food served was much inferior to what was served elsewhere and same with the service. With all this said, we really liked the beauty of the lobby and the hotel is in a good location.

La Casa Blanca de Vigan is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city. The rooms are excellent and give off a 5-star vibe, while still keeping that charming ancestral Vigan feel. The slight mustiness and creaky floors add to the old-house character, nothing too bothersome. The luxury-level toiletries and beddings really elevate the stay, and the breakfast (an Ilocano buffet included in the room rate) is very good. The highlight is the rooftop bar, perfect for a chill night with friends or a partner. We stayed on a Friday and enjoyed live acoustic performers, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the attendants were warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing space after a day of exploring. You can really feel the care and attention to detail in how the place is kept. Location-wise, this hotel is a huge win. It’s conveniently close to major tourist spots and just a short walk away from the iconic Calle Crisologo, making it easy to enjoy Vigan’s historic charm any time of the day or night. Overall, La Casa Blanca delivers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, friendly service, and unbeatable location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vigan whether it’s your first time or a return trip. Definitely a place we’d love to stay in again! ✨🏛️

It was great!

It was wonderful. A little bit pricey comoared to the other hotel around but the room was very spacious and so does the bathroom. The whole hotel looks neat. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. The early check-in was very helpful. It was just an overnight stay but we surely did enjoy our stay.

La Casa Blanca de Vigan has a very beautiful lobby and atrium, modern mixed with original Spanish architecture. The staff is very helpful and attentive. A bonus is the roof top bar with an infinity pool and view of the Cordillera Mountain Range.

This is a very nice Boutique hotel. Parking is available on site. Tree restaurant is excellent. Hotel is located right on the main cobble stone road where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a roof top lounge as well which is perfect for having an evening cocktail. Staff are exceptionally professional and helpful

Had a great time staying at La Casa Blanca Vigan

We have a family of 5 so I booked 2 rooms from Dec 20th to Jan 4th, 2025 It’s my family first time visiting the Philippines and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, our rooms were clean and spacious, has a nice bar and swimming pool at the rooftop, my kids had a great time swimming, delicious breakfast in the morning was included. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place. I would stay here again. Hopefully in 2 years same time.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place.

Great location and beautifully restored.

This is a beautifully restored property in a perfect location on Calle Crisologo. The rooms are designed to a very high standard and amenities provided are excellent. The reception staff and the security staff were all very friendly. The staff in the Sky Bar were not as friendly and seemed as though we were a hindrance to them. Breakfast was awful on the first day at Cafe Evelyn, as it was a buffet which was mainly cold by the time we got there at 9:30am. The second day we were allowed to order off the menu and the food was great. Overall you can’t beat this hotel for location and a good standard of accommodation.

The property is nice, clean and staffs are respectful and accommodating. The reason we were upset is that after staying there just for overnight and given just exact number of towels, handtowels and face towels by the time we were checking out, your staffs was saying they are missing 1 handtowel. What craziness was that? You cannot even spare extra toiletries and bath items you accuse us of taking 1 hand towel?
