If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities."

"Small apartment but with everything you can need, clean bathroom and beds were excellents! The common area on the top floor are beautifully decorated and the luggage room were very helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk to all attractions or to public transportation."

"Die Unterkunft ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar(sowohl U-Bahn als auch Bus). An der U-Bahn Station gibt es auch ein Einkaufszentrum in dem man auch Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Es soll auch eine Klimaanlage geben, welche aber wohl zentral gesteuert wird. Ich hatte den Eindruck das diese nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war es nicht zu warm. Der Check-in und Check-out hat wunderbar funktioniert. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen."
