The staff members were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and both the evening meal and breakfast the following morning were superb. "Arrived at hotel 12:45am after long flight, hotel staff informed there is no room available without providing a reason. There were at least 4 other parties waiting. Requested to see manager who was hiding in the back room. Waited for more than 2 hours and after persistent requests to refund us our money so we can book other hotels, their staff miraculously announced there are suddenly rooms available. This is absolutely horrible to make your guests wait for 2+ hours without proper reason,...

"The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars. Loved the pools, facilities, ritual experiences, and rooms. The bed felt like a cloud! The breakfast was delish. The well burger is the best burger I’ve ever had. Simply delightful."

"Very close to the Oslo airport with free transportation to the airport. Breakfast was okay, not great."

"Room was clean enough but had areas that needed dusting. General maintenance was good and facilities are well kept. Spa is good value and is a great bonus to the hotel. Great area, close enough to Oslo to make it an easy trip during the day. Alternative places to eat in the area are all 30 minutes or so away though. Views are incredible and make the overall stay more than worthwhile."
