"Beautiful historic building, great location where you can walk to everything. Easy to get in the main door and the suite. Nice amenities including the breakfast which was such a spread it was almost too much. Nice pool and outdoor area. Overall really nice!"

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"J’ai tout aimé de mon expérience au Furnas Lake. L’expérience en soit vaut tellement la peine. Je recommande à tout le monde de séjourner là-bas le souper et également une expérience incroyable que je recommande. "

"Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay."

"We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). They have a good amount of crockery and cutlery too. Private parking is...

"Very pretty place with private botanical garden. Not a lot of privacy, at one point an employee waved at me while I was inside. What felt uncomfortable. We didn’t spend time at the pool or outside as they was maintenance work both afternoons and it was so so so loud! Great location, cool space. Not as relaxing as I would like. "

"Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. "Stayed in Villa 3 with a few of the ocean . The access to the fruits and vegetables in the garden made our meals even better. So fresh . The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very attentive if we had any questions. The information document on what to do and where to eat made choosing our activities much easier . Thank you . Recommend 100%"
