"Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is for certain, we will not stay here again next time we visit to Andorra."

"Hotel did not have enough parking spaces and I had to park at the public parking lot outside. Knowing that this is not the first time, the hotel should have an alternate parking map to help the guests."

"We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend"

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint."
